It is sold in bottles, is flat (non-carbonated), and poured from height.〔(Sarasola Sagardoa | GreatBrewers.com )〕 Salted cod omelette is a traditional dish eaten in Basque cider houses. Quince jelly and nuts are also served as well as steak.
